Return Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Eligible for a Return: Your item must be in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To start a return, please email us at support@beveragesupplydepot.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Please Note: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
